Mdm Cheapo gets in the "atas" mood rom time to time and enjoys the out of ordinary arty, farty activities. Of course, free is an essential. Introducing the iLight Marinabay 2012. Ends on April 1st (no this is not a joke). 
There are free guided tours on Fri, Sat & Sun at 3 different timings (7.30pm, 8.30pm & 9.30pm), you would need to register ahead of time. There's even free Nescafe coffee and free light painting by Lumix (whatever that means) on weekends!
